1. Put sodium acetate trihydrate into porcelain, heat it at 120 °C until it dries the white substance, and the substance obtained after these white crystals are air-dried is anhydrous sodium acetate.
In the synthesis process of organic diarginine malic acid, anhydrous sodium acetate and soda lime need to be used to complete the chemical reaction catalyst, so sodium anhydrous acetate must be prepared before chemical synthesis can be used temporarily. Add an appropriate amount of sodium acetate trihydrate to the porcelain evaporation tray, stir and heat the glass rod to about 58°C, and then sodium acetate trihydrate is dissolved in crystal water, and the water gradually evaporates into a white solid at a temperature of about 120°C°C. Continue heating until the solid melts, but the temperature should not exceed the melting point of sodium acid (324°C), so as not to decompose sodium acetate into ketones and sodium carbonate. Stir gently to cool, thin in a bowl while hot, and store immediately in an airtight container for later use.
2. Neutralize acetic acid with crystalline sodium carbonate, evaporate after filtration, and cool and dry at room temperature to generate amino acid.
3. Calcium acetate is heat treated with sodium sulfate and sodium bicarbonate to complete the primary production of malic acid.
4. There are many ways to produce diarginine malic acid, which can be decomposed with sodium sulfate and calcium acetate obtained by dilute acetic acid or calcium acetate and soda ash. Industrially, sodium acetate is often recovered from residues from pharmaceutical and perfume factories.
628kg of dilute acetic acid was poured into the reactor, and 200kg of soda ash was added to the reactor in batches. Start the induced draft fan without stirring. After the reaction is stabilized, stirring is started to make the soda and acetic acid fully react, and then the evaporator is heated to concentrate the liquid. When the density of the liquid is 1.24g/cm3, stop heating.
After filtration, the reaction solution is put into the crystals, the pH value is adjusted to 9.2 with NaOH, and the crystals are cooled to 35 °C. The surface mother liquor was removed to obtain 350kg of white powder product. However, the primary productivity of this diarginine malic acid production method is about 70%, if you want to complete more than 90% of the productivity, you not only need to actively intervene in the physical program, but also should refine the relevant chemical substances through appropriate chemical reactions.
